To keep the suede surface soft and smooth, maintain its proper shape, and ensure color longevity, professional dry cleaning is recommended. For light stains, use a specialized suede brush to brush gently in one direction instead of using water or rubbing harshly. Avoid contact with water, rain, and chemicals as much as possible; if accidentally wet, gently dab with dry paper towels and air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated shaded area, strictly avoiding direct sunlight or high heat. When storing, hang the item with a padded hanger in a dry, airy place and use a breathable fabric dust bag instead of a plastic bag to prevent mold.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Order Processing: In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business day (excl. Sundays & holidays), while Pre-Order pieces require 7–10 business days due to handcrafted details. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once everything is ready (message CSKH if you wish to receive available items first, additional fees apply).

• Fees & Delivery Time: HCMC Inner Districts take 1–2 business days (25,000 VND; same-day express via Grab/Ahamove available for prepaid orders at app rates). Suburbs and other provinces take 2–4 business days (35,000 VND). Enjoy Free Nationwide Shipping on all orders of 2,000,000 VND or more.

• Tracking & Inspection: A tracking link will be sent upon dispatch. Fitting prior to acceptance is not available to maintain pristine garment condition; however, please inspect the outer package and refuse delivery if seals are tampered with.

• Shipping Issues: Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our warehouse (reshipping fees apply). Customers are responsible for fees arising from incorrect delivery details. If a package is lost due to courier error, XCESSMODE assumes 100% responsibility and will replace the order or refund you if out of stock.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Returns & Refunds: Due to limited production, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal changes of mind. Full refunds are granted solely if an item arrives defective or incorrect, AND XCESSMODE is out of stock for a replacement.

• Exchange Conditions & Value: Size, Color, or Style exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery confirmation (1 exchange per order). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, makeup, or odors, and have all original tags and receipts attached. You may exchange for items of equal/higher value by paying the difference; differences for lower-value items are non-refundable.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the intact tracking label and sealed package is strictly required to process any claims for defects, missing items, or transit damage.

• Exchange Process & Fees: For personal preference exchanges, customers cover 100% of round-trip shipping. For defective or incorrect items, XCESSMODE covers all shipping and arranges doorstep pickup.
