RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Our Policy: As our designs are made in limited quantities, we kindly do not accept returns or refunds for personal changes of mind. Full refunds are only offered if an item arrives defective or incorrect and we are out of stock for a replacement.
• Exchange Guidelines:
• Eligible within 3 days of receiving your package (1 exchange per order).
• Items must be in their pristine, original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free from makeup, perfume, or foreign odors.
• For price differences: Kindly cover the balance for higher-value items (please note that lower-value differences are non-refundable).
• Shipping Fees for Exchanges:
• Size / Color / Style Change: Customer kindly covers the round-trip shipping cost.
• Defective or Incorrect Item: Our sincere apologies! XCESSMODE will cover 100% of two-way shipping (we'll arrange a convenient doorstep pickup for you).
